Rick Pierzchajlo, M.D. is board certified in family medicine and has practiced medicine in South Georgia since 1981. He attended medical school and completed a Family Medicine Residency at the University of Alberta. As a current assistant clinical professor of medicine at Mercer University, he continues to develop clinical research experience, teaches medical students, residents and other doctors, and is published in topics such as GI endoscopy. He is also married and a father of 29 year old triplets and 12 year old twins!

Dr. Pierzchajlo's work and dedication to medicine have earned him a variety of awards and recognition. He has been a Fellow and the American Academy of Family Practice since 1986. In 2003, he was given The President's Award by the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians. He is also a member of the Tift County Medical Society and has previously been the Tift County delegate to the Medical Association of Georgia.

Shana Goodno, FNP-BC, completed her undergraduate studies at Abraham Balwin Agricultural College and received her graduate degree from Albany State University. She has been practicing nursing since 1990 and is licensed in the States of Georgia as well as board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Currently, Shana resides in her native Colquitt County with her husband and three children. She is thrilled to be a part of Family PrimeCare and Solé Medical Spa, and is currently accepting new family practice patients.
