Our special area of interest is in
wellness and preventative medicine with special expertise in GI
medicine. We provide comprehensive long term family practice
services to men and women of all ages and all disease types. We
offer convenient on site lab services as well as many
other on site services.
- Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy (exam of the colon and stomach for
cancer and other screening)
- Occupational Health including DOT exams, drug screens, injury
treatment and prevention
- Aerospace Medicine, FAA Aviation Medical Examiner
- Skin Cosmetic surgery- removal of growths, skin cancers and
other dermatologic procedures
- Women's services including yearly exams, pap smears, colposcopy and family
planning
- Allergy and hoarseness evaluation and treatment including
fiberoptic rhinoscopy
Dr Pierzchajlo teaches Family Medicine to medical students and
residents for Mercer University in the Tifton office. He provides
continuing medical education for practicing physicians for the
American Academy of Family Medicine at its annual scientific
assemblies. Family PrimeCare LLC is a research site for FDA Phase
III drug research with special experience in Irritable Bowel Syndrome drugs.
