Dr. Richard Pierzchajlo is in solo practice, with over 25 years of practice in Tifton. He is board certified in Family Medicine and has a special interest in GI medicine performing and teaching colonoscopy and gastroscopy. He is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine for Mercer University.

Service Policy

Our patients' wellness is our first priority. To allow us to serve you better we ask you to be aware of our financial policies. Payment or insurance co-payment is required in full at appointment check-in. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Please call or email us to discuss our fees and billing structures.

Confidentiality Policy

Patient information is kept private and confidential. When information is requested for the purposes of patient insurance or medical treatment, it may be released with explicit written permission by the patient.

Health Plans Accepted
